How do I get people to visit my Pawction’s Store?

FaithBark and Pawctions will provide some basic marketing of the site on social media and in promotional materials. But each vendor will be responsible for promoting their shops and getting customers to sign up. Hopefully the more shops that open, and the more satisfied customers they get, the more people will visit Pawctions and become customers!

What can I do if I have a problem with a customer? Or a shop owner?

Like Etsy and eBay, customers have the opportunity to rate shops and items. But in addition to that, vendors can also rate customers! Have difficulty dealing with someone? You can give the customer a review and caution other shop owners. Additionally Pawctions uses PayPal, so it’s vendor support will be available to assist.

Why can't I sign up using Facebook or other forms of social media websites?

To keep Pawctions and your account safe and secure, we have not allowed this process. Many site come and go, and your sign up needs to be unique and protected.

Can I do fundraising on Pawctions?

Yes, selling or auctioning items to help raise funds for a cause is allowed and encouraged!
However soliciting money without offering goods in return is not allowed. There are other websites available for that.

What do I do if I have problems joining Pawctions or signing up to be a vendor?
